When you become a foster parent for Unity Foster Care, you'll be invited to exclusive participation days and events! From afternoon teas to activity days and even Halloween parties, you'll always have a fun day out to look forward to when you foster with us!
Can I foster a child?
To become a foster carer, you need to be a kind, caring and compassionate person with the passion and drive to help a child grow. You also need to fit our basic fostering eligibility criteria:
- Aged 25+
- Have a spare bedroom
- Be a UK resident
And that's it! Ideally, we'd also love for you to have a car, so you can take your foster child to school and appointments - but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
