When you become a foster carer with Unity Foster Care, you'll welcome a variety of placement types into your home varying from babies to teenagers, and even sibling groups!

If you feel more comfortable with a specific age group, we will only match you with the age range you've agreed to ensure you enjoy your fostering experience and can build a long-lasting relationship with your foster child!

Who can become a foster carer?

Our basic fostering criteria is simple: we ask all applicants to be aged 25+, have a spare bedroom and be a UK citizen - and that's it! Ideally, we'd love for you to have access to a vehicle too, but this is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
